1. Product Selection & Cart

  • Browsing: Customers select authentic beauty products.

  • Stock Status: Per 2026 guidelines, your site must accurately show "In Stock" or "Out of Stock." You cannot accept payment for items you do not have ready to ship (no "Air Selling").

  • Cart: Review items, prices, and any applicable VAT.

2. Checkout & Information Collection

  • Personal Details: Customers provide Name, Phone (verified via OTP is best), and Shipping Address.

  • Consent: You must include a checkbox stating: "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy."

  • DBID Visibility: It is highly recommended to display your Digital Business ID (DBID) at this stage to build trust.

3. Payment Options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): The most popular method.

  • Digital Payment: Integrated via shurjopay (Cards, bKash, Nagad).

  • Escrow Rule: If you take 100% advance payment, the money is held by the gateway's escrow until the product is handed over to the courier. For pre-orders, you generally cannot take more than 10% advance without specific escrow setups.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Automated Notification: Once the order is placed, the customer must receive a confirmation via SMS or Email immediately.

  • Verification Call: For COD orders, your team should call to verify the address and product details.

5. Handover & Tracking

  • The 48-Hour Rule: You must hand the product over to the courier within 48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Tracking ID: Once shipped, send the tracking number to the customer so they can follow their package.

6. Receiving the Product

  • Inspection: We encourage customers to check the product integrity in front of the delivery agent.

  • Payment Completion: For COD, pay the agent only after verifying the package is intact.

  • Language: Your order procedure and terms must be available in Bangla (English can be secondary).

  • Timeline: Ensure delivery within 5 days (Inside Dhaka) or 10 days (Outside Dhaka).

  • Record Keeping: You are required to keep transaction and order records for at least 6 years.
